Project designed and developed by KPF Architects, where Jorge Cortes (Project Architect) and Nadia Doukhi (Architectural Designer) worked together and aligned on design aesthetics. The exercise allowed the team to develop skills in planningregulations, unit mix and ensuring the right balance between Private and Affordable Units.
